Abstract The right to life includes the absolute freedom of individual live without being endangered or threatened, in conditions and promotion interpersonal values. purpose paper is provide a general overview life, including consequences denying this right, as well main forms distinguishing investigative characteristics determining whether it case murder suicide. To required data, statistical method was used, through which frequency suicide during years 2019-2022 presented. comparative used compare findings on change number relation prevalence murders suicides. interview collect data suicides at local level, determine distinctive features these cases. results research indicate that murder, aggravated have been decreased period 2019-2022, respectively first six months 2022. also investigators may face some difficulties such lack cooperation witnesses, unintentional intentional destruction evidence, movement victim’s body by changing its position, even cases professionalism investigator.
